Who we are
We are a network of practitioners, primarily SDC staff, who promote knowledge sharing and learning in the field of migration and forced displacement.
SDC and Swiss Governmental staff, as well as members of the Corps of Experts from the Swiss Humanitarian Aid exchange knowledge and learnings through internal peer exchange platforms such as the Core Group Migration and thematic workstreams.
At SDC’s Head Office, the network is hosted by the Section Migration and Forced Displacement. The networks’ facilitation and coordination is under the responsibility of the Focal Point.
External members can also join the network but have limited access to network activities.

Anne has over 20 years of experience in International Cooperation working for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Russia, Ukraine, South Asia and the Middle East.
Governance & human rights as well as migration & forced displacement – both marking a red thread throughout her career – are her main areas of thematic competence. As member of the Thematic Section since 2018, she has led different global and regional portfolios related to urban migration, financial inclusion, labour migration, migrants ‘rights protection, including in fragile and forced displacement contexts. She has contributed to important advocacy processes and migration relevant policy development fora both regionally and globally.
Anne holds a Master in Arts from the University of Lausanne, completed with advanced studies in International Law (University of Geneva) as well as in Civilian Peacebuilding (University of Basel).
